Do your prices include VAT?

VAT rates vary as stated on each item.

Where the standard VAT rate applies, prices shown exclude VAT.

Some travel experiences are exempt from VAT. 

Experiences: No. As long as you’ve checked this catalogue for the most recent details and price –  you don’t even need to let us know when you’re listing it. 

Artwork / Memorabilia: Not if we already have an arrangement in place. Otherwise, you must contact us to reserve framed stock before listing it in an auction.  

Framed Item sales should be notified within 7 days following the event. 

We are flexible – we can either issue our own Auction Direct PDF voucher and email it to you, or directly to the winner. 

Alternatively, you can issue your own voucher and have the client redeem either through you or directly with us. 

Auction Direct issued vouchers follow our standard terms of 18 month validity.

If issuing your own voucher, no more than 12 months to ensure availability. 

Specific terms can be found on the individual product page description for each experience.

Auction Direct issued vouchers also state the following generic terms:

  • You should try to book your experience well in advance and within 12 months of the voucher issue date.
  • We cannot guarantee availability of this actual prize, when circumstances are beyond our control
  • If an experience is no longer available, we will do everything possible to offer a similar or better alternative
  • This voucher is fully transferable, switchable and scalable, but has no cash value
  • We will do our very best to accommodate should you wish to swap, vary or upgrade your prize
  • For any upgrade we will ask you to meet the difference in our cost price between the two prizes
  • This voucher will expire if the experience has not been taken within 18 months following the issue date

Choose an arrangment that works best for you and each event, for example:

  • Simply listing the details in your auction and we will drop ship – please contact us to reserve stock if we don’t already have an arrangement in place
  • Buying single pieces or in bulk at further discounted prices
  • Buying samples of lines that we hold stock – we then drop ship when you make a sale
  • For the right opportunity, with a minimum of 6 items included, we will send a driver to set up a display at your event

Yes, our price includes drop shipping of physical items to your clients, to mainland UK.

Orders will normally be delivered within 3-5 working days.

We can ship abroad but the cost would need to be covered by you / the client. To get a quote we will need the recipients address.

Framed items will be invoiced at time of shipping.

Auction Direct experience vouchers will be invoiced at the time of issue.

Your own experience vouchers will be invoiced at the time of redemption / booking.  

Our standard invoice terms are 14 days.
